Ratna Machmud menghadiri kegiatan Uji Kompetensi dan Uji Kesesuaian (Job Fit) bagi Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Rawas, Senin (02/06/2025).
Kegiatan ini digelar sebagai bentuk implementasi reformasi birokrasi, serta menjadi instrumen penting dalam penyelarasan kompetensi, kinerja, dan integritas pejabat tinggi daerah. Uji Job Fit juga memastikan bahwa pemegang jabatan strategis mampu mendorong percepatan pembangunan daerah dan pelayanan publik yang optimal.
“Job Fit ini bukan hanya formalitas, tapi sebuah proses penting untuk memastikan bahwa birokrasi kita dijalankan oleh orang-orang yang tepat, di posisi yang tepat,” ujar Bupati Ratna Machmud dalam sambutannya.
Acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Musi Rawas ini diikuti oleh sejumlah pejabat yang menjalani evaluasi terhadap kompetensi dan kesesuaian dengan jabatan yang diemban.( Adv.)
