Lubuk Linggau. Selasa 27-08-2024 menjadi hari yang bersejarah bagi pasangan calon wali kota H Rachmat Hidayat (Yoppy Karim) dan Rustam Effendi. Pasangan ini mendaftarkan diri ke kantor KPU Lubuk Linggau yang beralamat di Kelurahan Kayu Ara, Kecamatan Lubuk Linggau Barat I, Kota Lubuk Linggau.
Pada siang hari, ribuan massa pendukung paslon ini mengikuti pasangan calon Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota H. Rachmat Hidayat (Yoppy Karim) dan H. Rustam Effendi, menuju kantor KPU Lubuk Linggau.
Awalnya Yoppy Karim dan H Rustam Effendi berangkat dari kediaman Drs HA Karim AR (orang tua Yoppy) di Jalan Garuda Nomor 88 Kelurahan Pemiri Kecamatan Lubuk Linggau Barat II.
Menggunakan mobil tua yang juga digunakan Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dan Ma’ruf Amin saat mendaftar di KPU RI, keduanya berangkat ke KPU Lubuk Linggau. Yoppy Karim mengemudikan sendiri mobil tua Land Rover warna hijau B 2741 FK tersebut. Sementara H Rustam Effendi duduk di sampingnya.
“Proses pendaftaran tidak terlalu lama. Setelah berkas-berkas diserahkan oleh H Taufik Siswanto selaku Ketua Tim Pemenangan dari Parpol, pendaftaran selesai.” kata Yoppy Karim.
Setelah pendaftaran ini, Yoppy Karim dan Rustam Effendi diminta oleh Ketua KPU Lubuk Linggau Aspin Dodi, untuk segera ke Palembang untuk menjalani pemeriksaan Kesehatan di RSMH Palembang.” Sesuai dengan tahapan yang ada di KPU Kota Lubuk Linggau, setelah selesai pendaftaran pasangan paslon kami arahkan untuk menjalani tes kesehatan di salah satu rumah sakit di Palembang,” lanjutnya.
“Malam ini kami langsung ke Palembang. Setelah istirahat satu hari, selanjutnya akan melakukan pemeriksaan Kesehatan. Kami yakin, kami berdua sehat,” jelas Yoppy Karim.
Kunjungi Kantor KPU Kabupaten Bekasi, Kapolres Metro Bekasi Pastikan Pilkada Aman dan Damai.
Selain itu, ia juga menegaskan bahwa saat pendaftaran ini diantara 8.000 pendukungnya. Yang membuatnya semakin optimis.
“Kalau dikalikan dua saja, sudah berapa suaranya. Makanya kami optimis bisa menang Pilkada,” tambahnya. (ADV)
